1. Mayor Gonzalez called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm.
Councilmember Ballew participated in this meeting via telephone conference call from the Business Center at the Hampton Inn and Suites 155 Placerville Road, Folsom, CA 95630.

A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by Councilmember Simon, to Approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following vote.

5.a. 23-436 Adopt Two Resolutions 1. Amend the San Leandro Management Organization (SLMO) Salary Schedule; and
2. Adopt a Resolution to Authorize Changes to the Adopted Budget Staffing Allocation
