23-503 Informational Only Presentation on Updates From CalPERS Presentation by CalPERS Representatives, Eddie Lee and Julius Sphabmixay 23-499 Presentation on the Update to the ERP Selection
Chief Technology Officer Sinor provided an update on the ERP process 23-466 Staff Report for a 2023-2024 Budget Amendment Approving Year-End 2022-2023, One-Time Carry-Over Appropriations for the General Fund and Environmental Services Fund.
Finance Services Manager Bailey presented the 2023-24 budget amendments for fiscal year ending 2022-23 as well as one-time carry-over appropriations for the General Fund and Environmental Services Fund.
Councilmember Bowen requested detailed descriptions of the carry-over requests to be provided at the Council Meeting.

23-477 Staff report for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Budget Amendments Approving the Position Upgrades of Two Administrative Assistant I Positions to Administrative Assistant II; Appropriations Necessary for Public Works Department, Recreation Division and Engineering & Transportation Department Reorganization; and Reallocating Stormwater and Water Pollution Control Plant Appropriations Finance Director Yuen presented the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Budget Amendments approving the position upgrades of two Administrative Assistant I positions to Administrative Assistant II, Amendments and Appropriations related to the Reorganization of Public Works, Recreation Division and Engineering & Transportation Departments, as well as Water Pollution Control Plant Appropriation. Director Yuen explained the reorganization is based on a study provided by Baker Tilly, public consultants.
