IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BKF ENGINEERS, INC FOR DESIGN OF THE SHORELINE PARK PROJECT 2020.3080 FOR $78,990 WHEREAS, an agreement exists between the City and BKF Engineers, Inc. for design services related to the Shoreline Park; and
WHEREAS an amendment to add work related to cost estimating, permitting, and demolition has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment in the amount of $78,990 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
