IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GRIFFIN STRUCTURES, INC. FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE SHORELINE PARK PROJECT 2020.3080 FOR $403,752.00, AND TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM TWO ADDITIONAL YEARS.
WHEREAS, an agreement exists between the City and Griffin Structures, Inc. for project management services related to the construction of the Shoreline Park; and WHEREAS an amendment to extend the duration and expand project scope to include work related to investigation of hazardous materials within buildings to be demolished and bid and award of park improvements has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment in the amount of $403,752.00 and a two-year extension of the contract is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
