IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE 2023-2024 GENERAL FUND AND INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS BUDGETS RELATED TO 2022-2023 ONE-TIME CARRY-OVER APPROPRIATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure information available at the time the budgets are prepared; and WHEREAS, budget adjustments are periodically required incorporating necessary changes that require additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Funds, and Internal Service Funds budgets on May 15, 2023; and WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments include 2022-2023 one-time carry-over appropriations, and
WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed adjusted budgets on October 25, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the proposed budget adjustments to the 2023-2024 General Fund and Internal Service Funds budgets related to 2022-2023 carry-over appropriations are approved.
