IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AMEND THE NONREPRESENTED PART-TIME SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, on January 1, 2024, the State of California minimum wage will increase to $16.00 per hour; and
WHEREAS, to ensure the City maintains compliance with State law, the City Manager recommends approval of a salary increase of three and one-quarter percent (3.25%) effective January 1, 2024 for non-represented part-time employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Non-Represented Part-Time Salary Schedule is hereby amended to reflect a
3.25% salary increase effective January 1, 2024, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and
