IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
ORDINANCE NO. 2023-_____
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR
The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor shall receive a salary in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred dollars ($3,800.00) a month.
Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2022-018 shall remain in full force and effect until the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance are operative. Upon such date or in such event, the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2022-018 are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be operative until January 1, 2025.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption. The City Clerk is directed to publish the title once and post a complete copy thereof on the City Council Chamber bulletin board prior to its adoption.
