IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ADOPT THE OTHER POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS (OPEB)
AND PENSION FUNDING POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro’s Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) and Pension Funding Policy provides specific guidelines for the City’s OPEB and Pension Trusts and shall be reviewed annually by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the OPEB and Pension Funding Policy, a copy of which is atached, is presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said OPEB and Pension Funding Policy for 2023-2024 is hereby approved.
