The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
Vice Mayor Simon joined via teleconference with an Emergency Circumstance.

Vice Mayor made an announcement that he would be joining via teleconference with an Emergency Circumstance. A motion was made by Mayor Gonzalez and seconded by Councilmember Azevedo to allow Vice Mayor Simon to participate in the Committee meeting via teleconference. The motion passed unanimously.
