24-065 Discussion Regarding Call for a Special Election if No Qualified Person is Appointed to the District 1 Council Seat on or by February 29, 2024 This matter was Received and Filed

Public Comment was made by approximately 21 individuals.

3.d. Nominations
Mayor Gonzalez nominated Sbeydeh Viveros-Walton a vote was taken, and passed unanimous 6-0 for Sbeydeh Viveros-Walton to be appointed to fill the District 1 vacancy through December 31, 2024.
