RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A NEW LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD PUBLIC LAW LLP WITHIN THE EXISTING FY 2023-2024 AND FY 2024-2025 BUDGET
WHEREAS, a new legal services agreement between the City and Redwood Public Law LLP is presented to this City Council, a draft of which is attached to this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the proposed agreement does not change or affect the current budget for general legal services in the existing FY 2023-2024 and FY 2024-2025 budget; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by Mayor Gonzalez is hereby authorized.
