IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH IMPEC GROUP FOR CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR A TERM OF FIVE (5) YEARS WITH TWO (2) ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OPTIONS FOR A CUMULATIVE TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED $5,014,614
WHEREAS, on August 16, 2023, the City issued Request for Proposals No. 60987 for Citywide janitorial services; and
WHEREAS, Impec Group, Inc. was deemed the most qualified company to perform these services based on its proposal, interviews, pricing, and references; and WHEREAS, the scope of work and fee schedule for an agreement with Impec Group, Inc. have been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of said agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
The said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution of by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made part of this resolution.
