IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING TO FACILITATE THE SALE, TRANSFER AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE EDEN ROAD PAVING
PROJECT, RESULTING IN NO COSTS TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to Facilitate the Sale, Transfer and Construction of the Eden Road paving project has been presented to the City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said MOU is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
