BACKGROUND
Fees are charged for specific services (recreation classes, facility rentals, building permits, etc.)
Fees are intended to recover the costs of services provided User fees and service charges are set based on a variety of criteria
March 2021: Budget Task Force initiative = Update of Fees December 2022: Fee Study commenced
A public hearing is required for fee and tax rate
