Presentation of Amendment to Business License Fees, EMS Tax, and Emergency Communications System Access Tax Ordinances, in accordance with the San Leandro Municipal Code for 2024-2025 by Finance Director Michael Yuen.
Mayor Gonzalez asked Director Yuen to confirm the CPI Index rate being used.

2.E. 24-170 Amendment to City Master Fee Schedule Related to Waste Water Discharge Fees for Fiscal Year 2024-2025
Presentation of Amendment to City Master Fee Schedule Related to Waste Water Discharge Fees for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by Finance Director Michael Yuen.
Mayor Gonzalez asked staff to provide information related to Proposition 218 and the 2020 Fee Study which allows for the 9% increase to the current rate, due to cost of services increase, prior to Public Hearing.
Finance Committee Recommended taking to Council, subject to direction provided to staff, for further discussion and approval at Public Hearing.
