RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AMENDING FEES AND
CHARGES WASTE WATER DISCHARGE
WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific City services provided to individuals in the community; and WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services because these give unique benefit to individual members of the public; and
WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing, or eliminating use of general tax revenues; and
WHEREAS, proposed adjustments to the Master Fee schedule is presented to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended, and the amendment shall be implemented July 1, 2024.
