IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE 2023-2024 AND 2024-2025 GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE
FUNDS, ENTERPRISE FUNDS, AND INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council approves biennial budgets based on best revenue and expenditure information available at the time the budgets are prepared, and WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-budget year and mid budget cycle incorporating necessary changes and requiring additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items, and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets on May 15, 2023, and
WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed budget amendment for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 on April 24,2024; and WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 revenue and expenditure appropriation adjustments report and attachments, a copy of which is attached, is presented to the City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Amendments to the General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets, are hereby approved and the City Manager is directed to take all actions necessary to execute the intent of this Resolution.
