IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BAKER TILLY US, LLP FOR SERVICE DELIVERY ASSESSMENT FOR A NEW TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $119,580 WHEREAS, the agreement with Baker Tilly US, LLP for service delivery assessment services was approved and authorized by the City Manager on May 26, 2023 for a total notto exceed amount of $69,080; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desiresto amend the current agreement to add services and extend the term; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has sufficient funding in its Fiscal Year 2023-2024 adopted budget to cover this contractual obligation; and WHEREAS, the City Council isfamiliar with the contentsthereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
Thatsaid first amendment to the agreement is hereby approved for a new total not to exceed amount of $119,580 and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
