IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
CLIENTFIRST CONSULTING GROUP FOR ADDITIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN, SUPPORT, AND PROCUREMENT, INCREASING THE NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT BY $205,410 FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $312,400
WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the most recent consulting services agreement with ClientFirst Consulting Group for technology consulting services on July 1, 2023 in the amount of $99,990; and WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the Agreement to for Consulting Services to add additional services for technology infrastructure design, support, and procurement for an additional sum of $205,410, for a total amount not to exceed $312,400; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the consultant services agreement with ClientFirst Consulting Group to be effective June 18, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto, is presented to the City Council; and WHEREAS, appropriation for this proposed agreement is incorporated into the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget; and
WHEREAS, ClientFirst Consulting Group has agreed to the terms of the contract pending Council approval; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That said amendments to the agreement, including the amount to amend the agreement of $205,410 for a new not to exceed amount of $312,400, are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
