IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR $20,000 TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS FOR SOLID WASTE, RECYCLABLES, AND
ORGANICS SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City is currently in an agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for technical services related to developing an RFP for solid waste collection and processing including recycling, composting, and landfill; and
WHEREAS, the agreement has been amended once to include drafting an RFP, negotiations, and drafting contracts for said services; and
WHEREAS, a second amendment to add scope and fee related to negotiations and drafting of contracts is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of amendment two; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Amendment two to the original agreement with HF&H Consultants is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
