RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PARCEL MAP 11252 FOR ASSESSORS PARCEL NUMBER’S 077B-1222-003-03, 077B-1222-004-03, 077B-1222-005-03, 077B-1222-006-18, 077B-1222-006-17, 077B-1222-006-15, 077B-1222-006-19; OWNER, DEVELOPER, AND APPLICANT FR 14143
WASHINGTON, LLC
WHEREAS, FR 14143 Washington LLC (“the Developer”) previously received City Council approval by Resolution No. 2023-169 on November 20, 2023, for a Zoning Map Amendment, Site Plan Review, Conditional Use Permit and Height Adjustment subject to Conditions of Approval for PLN21- 0031; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted Parcel Map 11252 to merge seven adjoining parcels into one according to California Government Code §66467 which allows a parcel map to effectuate a lot merger; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that the proposed map complies with the provisions of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-1020 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that the said parcel map is technically correct pursuant California Government Code §66445; and WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Parcel Map 11252 is incorporated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Parcel Map 11252 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement on Parcel Map 11252 and shall forward the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation.
