Exhibit A is revised to add the following:
Task 4: Define RFP Package is expanded to include initial research and analysis of existing franchise fees and transfer station fees. Two additional meetings are added.
Task 14: Collection Negotiations is expanded to include three additional meetings with contractors and to include responses to all rounds of comments by service providers.
Task 16: Post Collection Negotiations is expanded to include three additional meetings with contractors and to include responses to all rounds of comments by service providers.
