IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR $15,140 TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TERRAPHASE ENGINEERING, INC.
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING SUPPORT FOR THE HAAS AVENUE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
REMOVAL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement with Terraphase Engineering, Inc. for technical services related to environmental impact and permit support for removal of the Haas Avenue pedestrian bridge; and
WHEREAS, the agreement was amended once to include monitoring services during construction; and
WHEREAS, a second amendment to add scope and fee related to changes in the construction schedule is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of amendment two; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Amendment No. 2 to the original agreement with Terraphase Engineering, Inc. is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
