RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL OVERRULING PROTESTS RELATED TO NON-PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT 2024 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, SIDEWALK REPAIRS,
CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY (CUPA) FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT PLUS
ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2024 solid waste service charges, sidewalk repair, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance and enforcement along with administrative penalties and charges said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 15, 2024; and
WHEREAS, at or before the time set for the hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments. ; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That each pf these protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled.
