RESOLUTION NO. 2024-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR PARCEL MAP 11307 AT 2483- 2495 WASHINGTON AVENUE; ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NO. 075-0084-015-02, OWNER:
2483 WASHINGTON PARTNERS, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the City and 2483 Washington Partners, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company dated September 26, 2022, and approved by Resolution No. 2022-123, the subdivision work for Parcel Map 11307 has been completed
WHEREAS, said work was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and therefore to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director, and she therefore recommends that said work be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted.
2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability.
3. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described.
