COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
City will be billed at the OPIS wholesale average plus .43 cents per gallon for diesel fuel purchased at Western States Oil locations. City will be billed at .125 cents below regular cardlock pricing (commercial fueling station pricing) for unleaded fuel. Fuel transactions occurring at retail gas stations will be charged at the merchant pump rate.
Fuel costs are estimated due to the fluctuating nature of fuel prices. The table below is based on projected fuel cost estimates at the time of contract execution.
