IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT FOR LABOR COSTING SOFTWARE AND SERVICES WITH GOVINVEST FOR AN AGGREGATE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $165,000 WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has worked with GovInvest for over five years for labor costing software services, pension modeling, GASB 68 and 75 valuation reporting, and consulting services; and
WHEREAS the City desires to leverage the use of GovInvest’s sophisticated software for labor costing and pension modeling and the City’s prior data model as well as GovInvest’s extensive experience with public agencies; and WHEREAS, the three-year contract terms will lock in lower pricing and streamline administration of the contract; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement between the City of San Leandro and GovInvest, a copy of which is attached to the staff report and by reference made a part hereof, has been presented to this Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement for an aggregate contract total amount not to exceed $165,000 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is authorized; and That the City Manager is authorized to execute all documents and take all actions necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
