IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE $2,660,000 FROM THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT ENTERPRISE FUND BALANCE TO ACCOUNT 593-52 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT EXPENSES
WHEREAS, the Ten-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Plan for Wastewater Treatment and Collections has been presented to City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Plan calls for an additional appropriation of $2,660,000 in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to fund priority capital projects for improvement of the City’s wastewater collection and treatment facilities; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient Water Pollution Control Plant Undesignated Fund Balance and this appropriation will not affect the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That $2,660,000 be appropriated from the Water Pollution Control Plant Enterprise Fund to Account 593-52.; and
That the City Manager is authorized to take all other actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
