Rent Review Board Member Comments
1. The Board requests that Staff provide a more detailed report of the existing ECHO Housing data to the Board on a regular basis.
2. The Board recognizes the ongoing very active discussions regarding additional tenant protections in our community.
3. The Board requests that Staff look for additional resources for subscriptions so that they can acquire commercially available market data for San Leandro.
