IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO ADD $79,609 TO AN EXISTING NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DILLARD
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR STREET CLEANUP FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $179,609 AND TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT TO DECEMBER 2026 WHEREAS, the City has an agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for debris removal and hauling services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the agreement to increase the compensation amount and extend the term of services.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Amendment No. 1 to the original Non-Professional Services Agreement with Dillard Environmental Services is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is authorized.
