IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE MASTER SALARY SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Master Salary Schedule has been revised to reflect approved salary adjustments for the Mayor and Councilmembers effective January 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, the State of California minimum wage will increase to $16.50 per hour effective January 1, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the salary ranges for all Non-Represented Part-Time employees must be adjusted to comply with the new minimum wage and prevent compaction among classifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City of San Leandro hereby approves the Master Salary Schedule as described above which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
