IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE $1,450,000 FROM GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO THE POLICE BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICES MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2014.0481 WHEREAS, the project is substantially complete; and
WHEREAS, a Settlement Agreement was approved to resolve all outstanding claims and costs related to the construction contract with DL Falk Construction, Inc.; and WHEREAS, additional project funding is necessary to cover the remaining expenses associated with this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to appropriate $1,450,000 from General Fund Reserves into expenditure account No. 210-18-137.
