Public Safety Towers, LLC (PSTC) currently has a proposal submitted to San Leandro for a 80’ public safety wireless communications tower on a 35'x35' parcel of ground space which will host current and future required ground equipment and the communications tower. PSTC has designed the tower to be a stealth mono-pine to blend in with the natural cover in the area.
The primary purpose of the planned tower is to improve communications capabilities for local police, fire, and emergency medical services (EMS). The tower will be equipped with FirstNet bandwidth, which provides first responders in your community with prioritized, mission-critical communications capabilities. To maximize available communications for your community and reduce the need for future tower construction in the area, space is available on the tower for additional tenants.
Regarding future tower development in the area, aside from the currently proposed tower, PSTC has no additional projects planned for the next five years within the jurisdiction of the City or within onequarter mile of the border thereof.
