A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, Jr., seconded by Councilmember Azevedo, to Approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following vote.

5.a. 25-030 Adopt a Resolution to Approve and Authorize Amendment No. 2 to a Consultant Services Agreement with McGuire & Hester for the Demolition and Removal of the Haas Avenue Pedestrian Bridge and Other Debris in the Amount of $136,268.17 for a new Total Not-To-Exceed Amount of $363,768.17
A motion was made by Councilmember Bowen, seconded by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, that this Staff Report be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS
City Manager Cameron introduced the City's new finance director, Nicole Gonzalez.

10. ACTION ITEMS
10.a. 25-050 Lake Chabot Road One-way Circulation Evaluation Comments were made by approximately 37 people.
A motion was made by Councilmember Viveros-Walton to proceed with a Geotech report on one-way feasibility, upon completion if the report says that Lake Chabot Road is safe, then the City will move forward with one-way traffic circulation, westbound. Seconded by Councilmember Simon, the motion FAILED by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Aguilar Jr., Simon, Viveros-Walton
Nay: 3 - Azevedo, Bowen, Boldt
Recused: 1 - González III
13. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 11:04 PM.
