IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MONARCH CONSULTING FOR A NEW NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $189,500
WHEREAS, the agreement with Monarch Consulting was approved and authorized by the City Manager on September 4, 2024 for a total not to exceed amount of $31,820; and
WHEREAS, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on September 18, 2024, to increase compensation, amend the Scope of Services and Compensation Schedule for a new not to exceed amount of $99,500; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to further amend the current agreement to add services; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has sufficient funding in its Fiscal Year 2024-2025 adopted budget to cover this contractual obligation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said second amendment to the agreement is hereby approved for a new not to exceed amount of $189,500 and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
