IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR A NEW NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $164,500
WHEREAS, the agreement with Willdan Engineering was approved and authorized by the City Manager on April 4, 2024 for a not to exceed amount of $99,500; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to further amend the current agreement to add services; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has sufficient funding in its Fiscal Year 2024-2025 adopted budget to cover this contractual obligation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said first amendment to the agreement is hereby approved for a new not to exceed amount of $164,500 and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
