IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY-WIDE MASTER SALARY SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025
WHEREAS, the SLCEA MOU provides for a salary adjustment effective January 1, 2025, which includes equity adjustments for classifications determined to be below market median based on the results of a total compensation survey and a 6.5% salary increase; and WHEREAS, the Confidential Employee Compensation Plan provides salary adjustments effective January 1, 2025, which includes equity adjustments for classifications determined to be below market median based on the results and a 6.5% salary increase; and WHEREAS, the City-wide Master Salary Schedule has been revised to reflect the negotiated salary adjustments stated above; and
WHEREAS, the City-wide Master Salary Schedule has also been revised to reflect changes to SLCEA represented job classifications, including new job classifications, job title changes, and the removal of obsolete job classifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City of San Leandro hereby approves the Master Salary Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof effective January 1, 2025 for all job classifications represented by SLCEA and all unrepresented Confidential Employees.
