2.A. 25-190 FY 26 and FY 27 Proposed Biennial Budget
Item presented by Finance Director Nicole Gonzales
Finance Committee reviewed the FY 2025-26 Proposed Budget presentation and provided direction to staff to align General Fund operating expenditures with revenue estimates and in three years align total expenditures with revenue. Finance Committee also asked that Alternative Response Unit (ARU), rent registry program, and encampment clean up be included. The Committee also directed staff to return to Finance Committee before forwarding revised FY 2025-26 Proposed Budget to City Council.
