2.A. 25-234 FY 26 and FY 27 Proposed Biennial Budget
Item presented by Finance Director Nicole Gonzales
Finance Committee reviewed the FY 2026-27 Proposed Budget presentation and recommended that the FY 2025-26 Proposed Budget be forwarded to City Council with the understanding that staff continue work on aligning revenues to equal expenditures over the next year to be brought forward as mid-cycle budget adjustments.
Finance Committee also provided direction to staff to increase capital transfers in relation to inflation for future budget planning purposes.
