RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BLAISDELL’S IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $199,215 FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OFFICE CUBICLE REPLACEMENT AND
RECONFIGURATION
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department requires the reconfiguration of office space to accommodate an expanded team including new Rent Registry staff; and WHEREAS, the existing cubicle system is discontinued and no longer supports modifications; and
WHEREAS, Blaisdell’s submitted a proposal for new cubicles and related office furnishings manufactured by local company Friant, in an amount not to exceed $199,215; and WHEREAS, funds for this project are available in the current fiscal year budget and no additional appropriation is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the agreement is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute a Non-Professional Services Agreement with Blaisdell’s in an amount not to exceed $199,215 for the procurement and installation of new office furniture for the Community Development Department.
