IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROJECT LIST ‘B’ IN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 10 YEAR PLAN FY 2026 THROUGH FY 2035 FOR FINAL ADOPTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro desires to establish a Capital Improvement Program 10-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2035 (the “Capital Improvement Plan”); and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered the proposed Project List ‘B,’ as presented; and

Lewelling Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to include Lewelling Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways in the Capital Improvement Plan as a funded project; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make a final decision to include Lewelling Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways in the Capital Improvement Plan as a funded project for final adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the inclusion of Lewelling Boulevard Class IV Bike Ways in the Capital Improvement Program 10-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2026 through 2035 as a funded project.
