IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027
WHEREAS, the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Proposed Budget for the City of San Leandro was prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager as required by Section 505 of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Biennial Budget on April 23, 2025 and May 12, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Biennial Budget on June 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Biennial Budget during a public hearing on June 16, 2025; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Proposed Budget referenced above is hereby approved as the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 City Council Adopted Budget; and That the amounts stated herein in Exhibit A are hereby appropriated for the purposes therein specified for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 and the City Manager is hereby authorized, as permitted by law, regulation, or ordinance, to execute all administrative actions and service agreements as provided for in said appropriation.
