IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX PFA
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027
WHEREAS, the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Proposed Budget for the Public Financing Authority was prepared and submitted to the San Leandro Public Financing Authority by the City Manager as required by Section 505 of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the Public Financing Authority reviewed the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Biennial Budget and thereafter caused a public hearing to be held on June 16, 2025; and
WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the Public Financing Authority further considered the City Manager Proposed Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the San Leandro Public Financing Authority does RESOLVE as follows:
That the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Proposed Budget referenced above is hereby designated and approved as the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 San Leandro Public Financing Authority Adopted Budget and amounts stated herein in Exhibit A are hereby appropriated.
