IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE 10-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PLAN FOR FY26 THROUGH FY 35
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro is committed to enhancing the quality of life for every citizen; and
WHEREAS, public infrastructure such as roads, utilities, parks, and buildings enhance the quality of life within San Leandro; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program funds construction and maintenance of public infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, a 10-year Capital Improvement Program Plan, a copy of which is attached to this resolution, has been submitted to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Capital Improvement Program 10-Year Plan FY 2026 through FY 2035 is approved.
