IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ELB US INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $415,994 FOR THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AUDIO/VIDEO REFRESH PROJECT
WHEREAS, City staff developed and released an open market Request for Proposals package; and WHEREAS, the City identified ELB US Inc. as the preferred vendor for the future Audio/Video installation and implementation; and
WHEREAS, the total cost for equipment and installation services is $415,994; and WHEREAS, there is sufficient fund balance in the PEG Fund to cover equipment and installation costs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby amends the FY 2025-2026 Budget by approving the appropriation of $415,994 from the PEG fund to cover the costs of the project; and WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and That the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
