IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO’S SECTION 115 PENSION AND OPEB TRUSTS WHEREAS, the City maintains Section 115 trusts to assist in funding both pension and OPEB obligations, and
WHERAS, Investment Guidelines for the Section 115 Trusts were approved in 2021; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Administrator, Highmark Capital Management was acquired by FRM Asset Management; and
WHEREAS, PFM Asset Management has requested that the City Council review and consider adoption of the new Investment Policy Statements; and WHEREAS, adoption of the resolution will replace the Investment Guidelines established in 2021, shown as Attachment B and D; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
Approval of the Investment Policy Statements for the City of San Leandro’s Section 115 Pension and OPEB Trusts.
