RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL
OVERRULING PROTESTS TO 2025 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES,
SIDEWALK /DRIVEWAY REPAIR, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY
FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT, FIRE INSPECTIONS, WPCP
USER CHARGES ALONG WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, CHARGES Recitals
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2025 solid waste service charges, sidewalk/driveway repair, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance and enforcement, fire inspections, and WPCP user charges along with administrative penalties and charges said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025; and At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That each of the protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled.
