Scope of Services
Task 1: Perform tests as necessary to determine the optimal polymer for each purpose. Assist WPCP staff with correct dosing and application of the polymer in both processes in which it is used. Continue to test new polymers as they become available. Assist WPCP staff with any polymer-related issues.
Task 2: Arrange for delivery of the polymer. Polymer will be delivered within 3 business days of being ordered and any interruptions should be communicated to WPCP staff as soon as they arise.
