SCOPE OF SERVICES
Consultant will provide services in the development and implementation of workplans to assist the City by providing enhanced support to meet critical near-term compliance needs and ongoing support. The enhanced support includes work efforts not currently in LWA’s support contract with the City as well as continuation of compliance planning and annual report support through the end of the contract period (June 2027) and include:
• Task 2.1 – 2024-2025 Annual Report
• Task 3.1 – Private Land Drainage Areas (PLDA) Program Development and Set Up • Task 3.2 – Field Verify Potential PLDA’s
• Task 3.3 – Perform the PLDA Inspections
• Task 4.0 – Asset Management Plan
• Task 5.0 – Cost Reporting Support

COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
LWA will complete work on a time and materials basis and consistent with the budget provided in Table 1 and the LWA rate schedule. Individual task budgets may be reallocated between tasks with City approval.
