IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HR LAW CONSULTANTS FOR WORKPLACE INVESTIGATION SERVICES THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025 A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $150,000
WHEREAS, a consulting services agreement exists with HR Law Consultants for workplace investigation services through December 31, 2025 for a total not to exceed amount of $150,000; and
WHEREAS, HR Law Consultants specializes in employment law advice and has extensive experience in a wide range of complex workplace investigations; and WHEREAS, HR Law Consultants’ principal, Jane Kow, is an experienced workplace investigator with over 25 years of experience who is licensed to practice law in the state of California
WHEREAS, the City’s Self-Insurance Fund for Liability has sufficient funding to cover the anticipated cost of the services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendments to the agreement are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
